Brutalist Brass Candle Holder
A wonderful addition to a minimalist or modern interior. Brutalist design and architecture were most popular during the 1950's to 1970's and has a great revival right now. The term originates from the French word 'brut' meaning dry or raw. The birth of brutalism can be found in architecture: some early buildings by Le Corbusier: The Unité d’Habitation in Marseilles, France, was one of the first buildings in the brand new style. Unlike Art Deco, this building consists of modular blocks bar of any decoration.
